Dr Kumbla was wonderful. I had an eye lift and she called me daily to check on me. She requested pictures of the scar to ensure healing. There are not enough stars or words that can describe how THANKFUL I am for Dr. Song and his team. About four months before coming to Prima Care I was experiencing pain and tightness in my breasts (I had implants at the time). I went to my OB and I had a mammogram done; which was normal. The pain continued and other symptoms were starting to develop (difficulty moving toes and cramping in foot). I went to several doctors they ran tests and results were normal. I felt frustrated and no one was listening. In 2008, Prima Center did my implants and I decided to take a leap of faith to call for a consultation and hoping that I someone would listen; not just hear words. The nurse who answered the phone was very helpful and I was surprised that they still had my information on file. She was encouraging and supportive. I hung up with a good feeling. At my consultation, I met with Dr. Song. From the moment he arrived in the room, he took the time to really listen to everything I had to say before he asked questions or spoke his thoughts. He sat down with me and made me feel comfortable with what was going on and did not dismiss the pain I was experiencing or how frustrated I was feeling. Once I was finished, he explained his thoughts and after his examination he recommended that I have the implants removed. Fast forward to surgery day, Adriana was my nurse. She was very professional, supportive and helpful. The entire surgical team was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable. As well as my husband. And, all the post information was explained throughly to him. Within 24 hours of the explant, for the first time in months I could move my toes! I was crying tears of joy because Dr. Song took the time to listen. He didn’t dismiss my feelings. He truly took the time to care. Same for his staff, they are all so helpful, supportive and caring! I’m three months post-operation and I have been progressing well! Most of the symptoms and pain that I was experiencing has gone away or has decreased. I never thought in a million years that I would need to have an explant surgery. And, shame on me for second guessing plastic surgeons. Because had I not took that leap of faith, I would not be where I am today without Dr. Song and his staff! I am truly grateful! More

I was debating getting a procedure done back in December 2022. I was nervous, scared, and asking myself if I should do it. When I first walked into Dr. Kumbla office, I was greeted with the front desk staff Brandi and her co-workers. Brandi advised she will be my schedule appointment reminder throughout the process. When I met Dr. Kumbla in the exam room along with her staff, they provided me comfort and answered all of my questions even if they were dumb questions. Dr. Kumbla said that she will be right by me when I fell asleep before the surgery and after I woke up. On Surgery day, my stomach were in knots, including butterflies. Dr. Kumbla and her staff advised everything will be just fine. After the surgery was successful completed, I had minor complications when I woke up, which resulted me going to the hospital for a few days. While I was getting better, Dr. Kumbla came to see me every single day until I got out of the hospital. I am very grateful I put my trust in Dr. Kumbla and her staff (tearing up). For years I struggled with mid section weight gain in the lower belly. No matter how many diets, exercise, healthy eating, counting carbs/macros I couldn’t even make a dent in the lower belly. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Prima Center. All interactions from the front desk staff to Dr. Zwerin have exceeded expectation. I first reached out for a consultation in 2020. Due to Covid, they were doing zoom consultations. Dr. Z was very thorough during our consult and he presented a PowerPoint slide show to cover all the necessary topics. I came into the office for a second consultation because he needed to see my thighs in person. From there I scheduled to have surgery about 3 months later. Due to excess weight loss, I have the skin removed on my stomach, arms and thighs (all at one time). The communication leading up to surgery was great. Surgery went as planned! The follow up care was great. I had some issues with my thighs and Dr. Z made himself available via cell phone and went so far as to meet me at the office over the wknd when they were closed just to make sure I was okay and to give me additional surgical dressings because I had ran out and the stores did not have any. Had a Tummy Tuck with Dr. Zwiren. My experience was awesome. Everyone at the center was extremely helpful and nice. Never needed the super pain killer (only ibuprofen and the pain pump) and was up and moving around the house the next day. Less than a week later I adventured out to Walmart with my husband. Less than 2 weeks post op I was going for walks and shortly after that I could workout with modifications. Five weeks out and I’m looking awesome, even with some swelling in my abdomen, and doing pretty much everything I could do before surgery. So glad I had this procedure! More

Had a Tummy Tuck with Dr. Zwiren. My experience was awesome. Everyone at the center was extremely helpful and nice. Never needed the super pain killer (only ibuprofen and the pain pump) and was up and moving around the house the next day. Less than a week later I adventured out to Walmart with my husband. Less than 2 weeks post op I was going for walks and shortly after that I could workout with modifications. Five weeks out and I’m looking awesome, even with some swelling in my abdomen, and doing pretty much everything I could do before surgery. So glad I had this procedure! More

Back in June of 2012 I accompanied a friend who was having a procedure done to Prima. During the consult and the surgery I was so impressed with the office and doctors that i joked around with having BA here if I ever had the courage to do it. Well, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Feb 2013. It wasn't how I wanted to come to this office but when my surgeon handed me Dr Song's card, I laughed. God always has a plan. What are the odds?? He has been the most amazing doctor. Not many doctors have the bedside manner he does. A diamond in the rough! In April of this year, my son had a horrible motorcycle accident on home from military leave. Three open fractures of femur, tibia and fibula They were talking amputation of his left leg. Dr.Min (orthopedic dr) performed three surgeries and the leg was still trying to give up. He called me suggesting plastic surgery and a specific procedure that would possibly save his leg. I wanted Dr Song to do the surgery but knew his schedule was so busy that it probably wasn't an option so I didn't suggest it. Dr Min called me with a doctors name for me to research and guess who it was??? Dr Song! I cried mama tears for sure! Literally crying writing this review. With the help of these two doctors I can proudly say he has defied all odds put in front of him. He has been released to full duty and his leg is fully healed. Stacey was wonderful in helping scheduling my appointment. & Dr. Songs assistant Kate was awesome and answered all of my questions and gave me insight into her personal experience. Prima Centers prices are also very affordable. I met with 4 doctors and Prima Center quoted me 500$-1000$ less than any other clinic I went to. Not only was the price lower, but I felt the most comfortable with Dr. Song and his staff. So, put those two together and I found the perfect clinic for me. I recommend them to everyone! My biggest fear was not choosing the right size or how my breast would look, and i have to say, excuse my french, Dr. Song is a F**KING ARTIST!!!! :D More
