"I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Zwiren for a second opinion on a recent breast implant replacement surgery that I was unhappy with. From listening to my concerns, to 2 separate detailed consults, to the results of the correction, I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, and skill. Not to mention, the staff is great as well! I would highly recommend Prima Center!"- B.D. / Google / Sep 23, 2021

"Getting Back to Me After 3 Sweet Babies! - I’ve been wanting a tummy tuck ever since after I had my first c-section and my OBGYN looked at my stomach and said “the only way you’re going to loose your stomach is to have a tummy tuck.” I had three c-sections and with the first two weighing in at 9lbs 0.2 oz and 9lb 3oz. My last baby was the smallest at 8lb 9oz. Each baby was 28 months after the last.I had a breast reduction by a different surgeon two years ago and afterwards I only saw my belly. I researched several doctors, read countless reviews, searched the end of YouTube for videos and finally chose Dr. Song.My initial consult was April 27, 2021. I arrived alone at Prima Center for Plastic Surgery and was greeted by Stacy. I eventually was taken to the back by Adriana she explained everything that was going to happen during the consult, had me undress and she took photos.Dr Song came in shortly after and explained the procedure, asked questions, performed an assessment and told me what type of tummy tuck I was a candidate for. He was thorough and made it very clear he was not going to flip me over on the table and was not going to perform back lipo. He showed me a video of the process and showed the areas he is going to lipo (the flanks), answered my questions and that was basically it.After he left, Jessica came in and explained the pricing, provided the quote and advised me to call when I was ready to schedule. I paid $75 for the consultation and was told if I choose Dr. Song the $75 will go towards the overall cost of the surgery.I left feeling glad my questions were answered but a little uncertain at the same time. I questioned do I want lipo of my back rolls? Why wouldn’t he flip me over? After giving it much thought, my expectation was to have a natural looking tummy. I don’t want the “Instagram model” look. I don’t want to look overly liposuctioned if that makes sense. I came back to Real Self, reviewed his reviews and photos again, discussed it my husband, my best friend and a few others close to me and then decided I’m going to go for it!I called on May 4, 2021 to schedule the surgery. Cindy was very nice and helpful. It was $500 to schedule the appointment and that will also go towards the cost of the surgery. I’m super happy I took the step, super happy about choosing Dr. Song and look forward to the surgery day this month in September!"- S. / RealSelf / Sep 07, 2021
"Words cannot express just how much this office means to me. After a weight loss journey and finally getting tired of not loving myself in the mirror, I made the plunge. Dr. Nakano did two procedures on my body. One in December 2020 and one, just now, in August 2021. When I look in the mirror, I love myself and my body. It's the first time, and I am 34, that I absolutely LOVE who I am. I have never had more confidence in a surgeon and his staff. I have never felt more appreciated and cared for in a way that only family usually does. I have the utmost respect and love for Dr. Nakano. He is one of a kind. His compassion for people and results is more than above and beyond. Lisa and Adrianna were my angels with my first surgery and with my second, everyone in the front office made this one as seamless as possible. Anyone on the fence, go see the staff at Prima Center and the fence will come falling down faster than you walking in the front door."- G.W. / Google / Aug 16, 2021
Laser skin tightening is a state of the art procedure that combines the use of a laser to heat the skin from below while measuring the skin temperature using a thermal camera. The end point is to heat the skin to a temperature between 42°C to 43°C (107°F to 109°F). This deep dermal heating causes a contraction of existing collagen and a stimulation of new collagen and elastic formation. A Nd:YAG laser is used to create the necessary heat. This is an outpatient procedure that may be performed either under local anesthesia or general anesthesia depending on the number of areas treated and the overall size of the area. Typical zones treated include the face and lower neck, upper arms, inner thighs, upper back (bra rolls) and lower abdomen. It can be done in our office operating room. The laser probe is 2 mm in diameter and very small incisions are used to access each area. Pain and discomfort is limited compared to other laser treatments. In some cases, several treatments may be required for optimal results.
What to Expect
The changes in the treated areas can take 8 to 10 weeks to be fully evident but most patients begin to notice a change in 2 to 3 weeks. The actual results will be gradual as collagen multiplies, enhancing the skin structure. There may be slight redness or swelling after treatment which subsides after a few hours. The patient will experience no downtime, and will be able to go back to normal activities in a few days. It is important to set realistic expectations with this approach as it cannot produce the same results as a surgical procedure.

Laser Skin Tightening FAQs
Who Should Get It?
This is a minimally invasive surgical procedure. The results will be gradual, but the quality of improvement is significant as the healing starts within the skin. It is the perfect treatment for those who still have a good skin tone but begin to see signs of skin laxity. Most commonly, those who are aged 30 to 40 seek this treatment to slow down aging effects.
Optimal results become more noticeable after a few months. The treatment is safe to be repeated especially after 1 year as the positive effects subside.
The number of sessions depends on the patient’s skin condition and aesthetic goals. Most patients who still have a good skin tone can have significant results with a single treatment. For those who show more symptoms of skin aging, several treatments may be needed to produce the wanted results.
