There are not enough stars or words that can describe how THANKFUL I am for Dr. Song and his team. About four months before coming to Prima Care I was experiencing pain and tightness in my breasts (I had implants at the time). I went to my OB and I had a mammogram done; which was normal. The pain continued and other symptoms were starting to develop (difficulty moving toes and cramping in foot). I went to several doctors they ran tests and results were normal. I felt frustrated and no one was listening. In 2008, Prima Center did my implants and I decided to take a leap of faith to call for a consultation and hoping that I someone would listen; not just hear words. The nurse who answered the phone was very helpful and I was surprised that they still had my information on file. She was encouraging and supportive. I hung up with a good feeling. At my consultation, I met with Dr. Song. From the moment he arrived in the room, he took the time to really listen to everything I had to say before he asked questions or spoke his thoughts. He sat down with me and made me feel comfortable with what was going on and did not dismiss the pain I was experiencing or how frustrated I was feeling. Once I was finished, he explained his thoughts and after his examination he recommended that I have the implants removed. Fast forward to surgery day, Adriana was my nurse. She was very professional, supportive and helpful. The entire surgical team was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable. As well as my husband. And, all the post information was explained throughly to him. Within 24 hours of the explant, for the first time in months I could move my toes! I was crying tears of joy because Dr. Song took the time to listen. He didn’t dismiss my feelings. He truly took the time to care. Same for his staff, they are all so helpful, supportive and caring! I’m three months post-operation and I have been progressing well! Most of the symptoms and pain that I was experiencing has gone away or has decreased. I never thought in a million years that I would need to have an explant surgery. And, shame on me for second guessing plastic surgeons. Because had I not took that leap of faith, I would not be where I am today without Dr. Song and his staff! I am truly grateful! More
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Zwiren for a second opinion on a recent breast implant replacement surgery that I was unhappy with. From listening to my concerns, to 2 separate detailed consults, to the results of the correction, I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with his attention to detail, professionalism, and skill. Not to mention, the staff is great as well! I would highly recommend Prima Center! More
This place will always have a place in my heart, because of the wonderful Dr. Song.I first came here with my mom, who was diagnosed with breast cancer. She came here for breast reconstruction. She had the TRAM flap.My mom was very nervous about having the surgery, but got excited when she found out that she was getting a free tummy tuck as well.My mom had a problem with anxiety, and Dr. Song helped her along the way.Dr Song is the most compassionate doctor that I have ever known. He made my mom feel like she took top priority. He took the time for her.Soooo, me being jealous of my moms perfect boobs, I just had to get mines done too! I was treated with the same importance as my mom. Dr Song explained to me the whole procedure in its entirety.He did a marvelous job! Unfortunately, three years later, my left breast deflated for some reason. I have saline, so it was ok. I called the office and made an appointment. When I went to this appointment, I was so emotional. I hadn't been there since my mom had passed. Dr. Song saw me crying and started crying right with me.He told me that my boobs were still under warranty. He waived his fee, and said that I just had to pay for the fee for the surgery area and anesthesia! What an awesome doctor.Anesthesia is expensive and he asked if I wanted to do the reimplantation with only local. I said "yes."The day of surgery, I was numbed up and didn't feel a darn thing! I was amazed!I LOVE this place. Absolutely a blessing to my family.Thank you Dr. Song for all that you've done and all that you do. You are amazing. More
I Search for over 5 years, For a doctor that did not just want to cut cut cut on me but really listen to my concerns in the things related to my breast implants prior surgery that needed to be corrected. I found doctor Zwiren as a recommendation of another doctor that does not do business with him but literally admired his skill set. Doctors Zwiren was more than willing to answer ALL of my questions AND support his answers with dumented information. I give him and the staff 5 stars for sure More
5'6 140lbs After 6 kids, it's time to Repair the Damage - Duluth, GA - I'm finally ready for my mommy makeover. My youngest child is 4 months old and I was planning lipo around this time last year, but I had to postpone due to our little surprise. I met with the ps yesterday, and I put my deposit down today for March 11th. Only 4 short weeks away! I decided to have a breast revision of my 10.5 yr old smooth, round, saline 350cc implants (done after 3rd child), lipo of the abdomen, sides, back, flanks, hips, inner and outer thighs, and a "lower only" tummy tuck revision (original was done after 4th child, 4.5 years ago). The benefits of the prior surgeries were compromised with the subsequent pregnancies. This time I'm going with the Mentor memory shape textured silicone implants. I'd like to go bigger, possibly with a 475/500 range implant so that I can achieve the volume and fullness that I feel would best fill out my large frame. Ps said I could/should definitely go larger than my current 350cc, but I won't be sized for the new implant until my pre-op on March 4th. I've been searching on real self for my wish boobs and I have found some great pics. I'm really excited to have my surgery done by Dr. Zwiren after having read many great reviews of him and his work on real self. I plan to add plenty of pics along my journey, and I would love to make some friends that have/are going through their makeovers as well. More
