Dr. Song is truly all of the wonderful things the reviews portray him to be ... and so much more. He is thorough, kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. He genuinely listens to your concerns, takes the time to answer your questions, and gives you realistic expectations so you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.What stood out to me most is how seen, heard, and valued he makes you feel as a patient. He is available when you need him, and there is a level of care and reassurance that is hard to put into words.His staff has been just as wonderful. I cannot remember the name of his blonde-haired nurse, and I hate that I forgot it, because she deserves to be recognized! She has been so sweet, caring, and absolutely precious throughout this entire experience. Her kindness has meant so much to me.I had six consultations before coming to Prima, and the moment I met Dr. Song and his team, I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to be.
