Our COVID-19 Protocols



As we begin to define a new normal in a COVID-19 world, your health and the health of our staff continues to be our main priority. In an effort to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have implemented new protocols and guidelines for patients, visitors, and staff that have been outlined below. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide you with the best experience possible during these unprecedented times.

What We Ask of You

  • Call/text to let us know you have arrived for your appointment
  • Wait in your vehicle until we notify you that the doctor is ready to see you
  • Only patients enter our facility at this time (friends/family will be asked to stay in the vehicle)
  • Wear a mask (should cover nose AND mouth)
  • Sanitize hands with hand sanitizer provided
  • Sign a COVID-19 consent
  • Agree to have temperature checked upon arrival
  • Do not enter our facility if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been in contact with someone who has or has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days
  • If you need product from our MedSpa, please call us to determine the best purchase option for you

What You Can Expect of Us

  • Proper usage of PPE for ALL staff
  • An effort to maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet (except during treatment sessions when social distancing is not possible)
  • Minimal physical contact between patients and staff non-essential to treatments being administered
  • Sanitizing all surfaces regularly and between each patient
  • Minimal to no patient to patient contact

Pre-Operative Instructions for Patients

If you are scheduled for a surgical procedure at our facility, you must abide by the following (in addition to the guidelines previously listed):
  • Self-quarantine 5-7 days prior to surgery
  • Check and record temperature daily, 5-7 days prior to surgery (bring record with you on the day of your procedure)
  • Notify our facility immediately if you or any family member/friend taking care of you has come into contact with someone who has traveled out of the country or has had COVID-19 in the past several weeks

Post-Operative Instructions for Family/Friends

If you are picking up a loved one from our facility after their surgery, you must abide by the following:
  • Wear a mask while in our facility
  • Must be in good health without contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days
  • Wait in the car or go home while patient is in surgery (you will be notified by our PACU nurse when to return)
  • Use the side door to enter our facility
  • One family member/friend may enter our facility to receive post-operative care instructions from our PACU nurse
