She cares. From our first consultation, I knew she was not a doctor who would be passive with me. I had a lot of questions during the consultation. She was honest and straightforward.I needed the complete truth about my situation and that's what she gave me.The day of my first procedure (I had 3), she spent several minutes with me to make sure I was ok.When things got tough mentally tough for me, she was there. My family was extremely happy, because she showed compassion with me and them.When I received more bad news months later. Dr. Kumbla is the best. She has a direct and honest communication style and is an incredibly talented surgeon. I had an unexpected post-surgery complication that she literally held my hand through - staying in touch with me night and day, 7 days a week. I cannot recommend her enough.
