This patient desired larger breasts using silicone implants and liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and lower back. After undergoing the Vectra 3D breast simulation Dr Song and the patient determined 560cc gel implants would give her the desired cup size. She is 4 months post operative in the photos and very happy with her results.
