Remove and Replace Implants
This patient had her original breast augmentation in 1994 using saline filled implants. The implants were in the submuscular position. Over the years she developed a lateral migration of the implants due to capsular stretch. This is common with saline filled implants which are heavier than gel filled implants. The saline implants were removed from the submuscular position and placed in the subfascial position using Sientra 385 cc moderate plus implants.
