Athletic woman who desired fuller breats

This is an athletic woman who exercises every day and had low body fat. She was concerned about animation of the breasts while running or working out in the gym. We elected for a triplane position of the implant. The bottom of the implant is subglandular, the mid portion is subfasical and the upper portion is submuscular. The upper submuscular portion of the implant helps to hide the upper lip of the implant giving a nicer take off of the breast from the chest wall. Dr. Zwiren elected to use shaped anatomic implants to achieve a natural result. After 6 weeks she has been able to get back to all of her physical activities and likes the new appearance of her breasts.
