Modified Tummy Tuck, Remove/Replace Saline with Gel Implants

This patient of Dr Zwiren's had saline breast implants from 2003 somewhere in the 300 cc range. She desired larger breasts and replace the saline with silicone. Dr Zwiren used Natrelle Inspira 520 CC breast implants. She also desired improvement of her abdomen. Dr Zwiren performed a Modified Tummy Tuck with umbilical float and rectus fascia repair/midline. She is very pleased with her results.
